Paritua Vineyard is located in Bridge Pa Triangle wine region of Hawke’s Bay, on New Zealand’s North Island. The site is all gravel soils and gentle contours, surrounded by hills and blessed with long, lingering summers and clear, crisp winters… exceptional conditions to create exceptional wines.
Paritua is known for crafting elegant, expressive wines that reflect both place and precision. Their portfolio showcases a refined balance of structure and vibrancy, with a particular strength in Bordeaux-style reds and beautifully composed whites.
Every bottle of Paritua wine comes from grapes grown on this special, single vineyard, organically farmed site.
Jason Stent joined Paritua in 2008. As Chief Winemaker his passion is creating wines that have a sense of place that respect the varietal nature and the terroir in which the vine is grown.
In the kitchen, True South’s Executive Chef Trent Watson returns to collaborate with Jason, bringing together food and wine in a thoughtfully curated menu designed to complement the wines and elevate the winter dining experience.
