Friday 7th November at 6pm
Welcome Dinner in True South. We invite you to bring a special drop from your personal cellar or just an interesting bottle you’d be keen to share. We will be offering 3 courses with 3 choices to make sure everyone’s choice of wine can be paired well with our food. This is a great way to start the weekend and get to know everyone.

Price: $110 per person

Saturday 8th November

We are heading to Bannockburn for a marvellous Masterclass with Blair Walter of Felton Road Bannockburn and Todd Stevens of Neudorf in Nelson. We will start the day with Chardonnay. A break for lunch at the highly acclaimed Bannockburn Hotel then back for an afternoon of Pinots.

Saturday 8th November at 6:30pm

Freshen up and join us in the lobby for drinks and canapes. We will head to True South Dining room thereafter for the ultimate event – The Winemakers Dinner. Chef Trent Watson will be put through his paces as he crafts perfect dishes to compliment the wines of Felton Road and Neudorf.
