Maintenance Technician (Carpentry)
Purpose of Position – You will be responsible with the troubleshooting of any technical and electrical difficulties of hotel systems. As an experienced Maintenance Technician, your objectives will include the general up-keep and maintenance of all electrical appliances and equipment, hotel buildings, grounds and facilities, all carpentry and joinery requirements.
YOUR LEVEL OF SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Have relevant prior experience
Hold a relevant tertiary qualification
Understanding of legal compliance; OSH, fire safety and security
Accuracy and an â€śeye for detailâ€ť
Passionate about â€śCustomer Service/Careâ€ť
Ability to multi-task in a busy hotel Be able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Enjoys working as part of a highly focused team
